I’ve been doing 20:4 for a few days now, I’ve done it before but I fell off the wagon and Here we are again. Any tips or tricks to help with 24s? I sort of get nervous thinking about not being able to eat for that long but I know it’s all in my head ha. Also, In addition to water, green tea, coffee during my eating window, Can I add broth to my daily drinks of choice?
Doing my first 24hour fast now.
I started yesterday 19:45 (gmt). My goal is 24 but a stretch goal for me would be 36 hour.
I am with you on being nervous about not eating.I excerise 6 days a week, and 3 or 4 days twice a day.
I am worried its going to impact my exercise.
I have absolutely no tips becuase its new to me, keeping myself busy seems to be helping.
