Which k-pods k-cups can we have while on strict clean IF?

Get reusable pods and then the sky is the limit as to what you can enjoy. I personally like Kicking Horse dark roasts.

Get the reusable pods and get some good coffee you like and use that. I find it better than the k-pods I’ve bought. Better if you have a local roster cuz you will get fresher coffee and much better quality in general 👍🏽
