Lol. It certainly breaks a fast by definition. It’s not terrible of course because it’s so small. The excruciating part will be keeping it to 3 grapes and not 6 or 60 or the whole refrigerator. Your will power will be tested.
It will certainly affect you I am on day 11 of a 21 day water fast and I took communion on this past Sunday it definitely reactivated my digestive system, I had several bowel movements which had stopped for quite awhile before that. The day after I ended up experiencing some of the same symptoms I normally get when I first start fasting such as headache and hunger which had previously long since past.
