Im spinning right now.
If this happens when you get up quickly, there’s a term for it.
Basically, because you are not eat (carbs) your blood pressure drops. Your body isn’t used to the lower blood pressure. When you get up quickly your heart isn’t used to the lower blood pressure, so it’s not pumping the blood as hard/fast to the brain as it should be.
Eating salt helps. As does getting used to fasting.
If you measure your blood pressure when eating versus when fasting, you’ll see a decent difference
We need more information…
Are you choosing to stay home and relax while you’re doing your dry fast?
Are you going out working all day long?
Do you work in construction or some other job that will require all your energy?
What day of your dry fast are you on?
Have you ever done a dry fast before?
We really need more information from you on this to give any kind of opinion.
Sometimes you have to listen to your body as an indicator that it’s time to stop dry fasting
