Answer

I’m currently planning to fast 48 hours (or maybe even 72 depending on how I feel). Is it ok to consume some tomato soup after 24 hours? Or would it just be recommended to get some vitamins/electrolytes in. I can only find about eating bone broth but I’m a vegetarian so that’s a no haha. Thanks!
