Answer

Currently have 22 hours left in a 72 hour fast. nI may try for 90 hours if I am feeling well enough, just not trying to ruin Thursday. I fast for health, due to autoimmune disease. This is only my 2nd 3 day fast, but I have practiced IF daily for years, 16-22 hours. I am going to attempt a weekly monk fast, 36 hours just to help w inflammation. Happy fasting to all.
