14 Day Dry Fast: Recap #1 – the far dry measures

I BROKE MY FAST ON DAY 15 (1/11/21), SO IT’S A 14 DAY DRY FAST IN MY BOOK.

Since Day 12 (1/8/21) through to today (1/13/21) I’ve been very self-indulgent. Very.

I need to tell some of it now. If I don’t my receptive mind will not be as present and I’m going to have too much to remember:

The last several days were exponentially transformational. A lot happened at once, on multiple levels.

I entered and remained deep in the vibrancy of those transformations. It was silence from me for good reasons, not bad:

I didn’t want to stop and write about rainbows, I wanted to be dancing under them.

But all told there wasn’t any dancing. Nope.

The last days found me lying down being held by the earth, observing, crawling the sheets and couch for cool spots and, of course, spooning myself. Much love to me.

Fortunately I can quickly offer here the measures people like to compare and care most about (seemingly) in dry fasting – weight loss.

So dear, good people, the below graphic shows all of me losing myself while transiting deep into the far dry country.

I called this fasting path the Dry Half-Moon.

I’ll share details and color commentary about my final three fasting days, the breaking day and the ongoing reconstituting as the moment comes. I’m open to all questions, as it’s easier for me to respond to a prompt than hold forth at the moment. I guess we’re all destined to be repertory players at some point.

My gratitude to all who reached out to me. Best wishes to everyone – may you find enduring bliss on your fasting path.
