Fasting for weightloss…AGAIN! Had good results before but didnt maintain :/ First big goal is fasting. Second big task is sustaining.

Dropped a dress size, from 22 to 20

Motivated my feeling healthier And by peoples reactions i guess. I work and live largely by myself, big gaps between seeing colleaugues, friends, family. So it’s like a big reveal.

Working with my manager in 10 days time. Theyll not notice, but this is for myself! I’d like to arrive looking and feeling good in my work attire.

31 days time I have a presentation in front of whole team. Would be first whole team meeting since starting. Id love to stand up and present at -50 pounds

Im two weeks in, so seeing a difference. But still very fat. It’s a tough stage for me. Done good progress but still feeling at the very beginning of it all. I di look less beachball shaped.

However 2 weeks went quick. So hopefully before I know it, these 2-3months (i have small breaks as needed ) will be over before I know it.

I’ve some tv shows im behind on, and work during the day, which keeps my mind busy.

Id like to do some sports in May, with the warmer weather and less weight easier on my knees.

Hey, we’re almost at the same day. I just started day 17. Went from 370lbs to 340lbs. I feel ya on the still feeling big. But I notice a difference. No one at work has said anything yet 😞. Did you take before pictures? How long you planning to go? I was originally going to do 30, but I’ve been feeling so good lately I figured why not try 40 days.
