I just got into my 20:4 groove. Just wondering if I just do this maybe 5 days a week. It’s super hard to do if you have a date or something. Would that kill my progress if I go off of it for a day or two and then just restart the cycle?
Listen mate… One day here and there is no going to completely nuke your hard work. Like you won’t loose muscle if you skip gym one day every once in a while.
Mould it to your lifestyle, try to eat better if you can. If not enjoy it , live life to be happy not live to IF.
