2nd complete day of water fasting

started off at 315 pounds. I am currently down to 306 pounds. My new best friend has been my 64 oz swig savvy water bottle, highly recommend!

First day was the hardest for me, as I was constantly craving all the junk food and fast food I used to eat.

Today, is the second day, and I have no hunger and no cravings for any junk food. Once I complete this water fast I plan on starting a new lifestyle of clean healthy eating..lots of chicken breast, vegetables, salads, etc… Clean good healthy foods so I will live a much healthier cleaner good life.

The longest Ive ever done a water fast was 5 days… It is the best I have ever felt in my life. I am going to try for 10 days, then 15 days, then see if I can reach 30 days.

I drink minimum 1-2 gallons of water throughout the day.

So far my body is feeling 100× better then ever, each day on my water fast. I feel my body definitely detoxing, which is the best feeling in the world!

Will keep updating daily on my progress. Would love to know if anyone else is water fasting?

Way to go! I’ve learned not to count the first week I weigh myself due to the gut flushing and the water weight loss. I’ve noticed a chunk of the week one weight always comes back for me when I begin eating again. I’m telling you this now so you can have the expectation in mind. I’m on day 3 of an extended fast myself.
