Felt super guilty. Lost 2lbs the first week and just completely fell off the 2nd (to be fair to myself I got my period and it was hard to navigate cravings around that)
A new thing I’m gonna try to curb the snacking/cravings:

I dunno what type of sweets you crave, but the week of my period, I adjust my fasting window for the cravings because they come in late at night when my normal eating window has ended. If I’m doing 16:8, I’ll do 14:10 or 15:9 & add focus on calorie intake so I don’t go over 1300-1500 calories.
I’m not a sweet eater, but I found those FiberOne bars are low calorie and come in a variety of flavors like lemon bars, brownies, confetti cake and range from 70 - 90 calories & they taste really good. The brownie tastes just like a brownie. No artificial aftertaste.
Halo also has fruit bars (I suggest the strawberry, so good) & ice cream that’s just as good as regular ice cream but MUCH lower in calories. They also have a variety to choose from instead of just chocolate or vanilla.
I usually go for Twizzlers if I’m craving sweets, except I eat the while dang bag 🤣.
