I (42F) started 16:8 fasting a week ago. It went really well for the most part. Weighed myself and I’m down 10lbs! Now to focus on keeping diet soda to eating time only.
Great job on knocking of the first week!! I’m thinking your 10lb is mostly water weight, so don’t be surprised if that loss slows some as you continue. I would also suggest trying a couple of 18:6 days in the coming weeks and see how that goes. Good luck!
