How does each impact ur ability to reset ur cravings, results, weight loss, and consistency?

I do them all with 18:6, 23:1 and some ADF 3x42. I like to keep changing my fasts and eating to keep my body guessing, this has worked for me since starting back in April and I’ve lost 70lbs. As for cravings other than the little hunger I feel between hours 24-30 on extended fasts there is none. I’m currently 90hrs into a at least 21 day fast but I may extend it to 31 depending on how I feel.
As an obese dude, my ideal routine has been rolling 48s or 72s, with strenuous gym sessions at the end of the fast. Refeed high protien moderate fat low carb. Rinse repeat into the next fast.
When I do it cleanly no cheat days I’ll lose ~5lbs a week. And still see consistent strength increases either way.
I’m 91 hours into 115 at least. I’m not hungry. But looking forward to eating.
Back to your question. I do all 3 to change it up and make small weight loss gains. Some weeks 20-24, some 48. I rotate.
343 in April to 259 today. So it works for me. I feel like I hit a plateau the last few weeks and stayed in the 260’s. Finally broke through.
