Should I do rolling 48s to lose 30 pounds or 72s?
5’10 Male 19 y/o 230
27 yr 5’11 222lbs male. starting end of december. Been doing 48s consistently since beginning of Jan 1st. Weighed myself yesterday Im at 210. It’s been going well.
The only issues is my libido is completely gone. Not sure what else I could do for benefits when its sex time. I get a semi and then goes away instantly(i dont want porn or jerk off).
Anyone have tips for that?
