I guess it’s safe to say that these are by far the most common prolonged fasting routines. I know they’re loved for they’re balances of effectiveness and sustainability. That being said which one is best? I’m trying to decide which one to do for weight loss. Are there any real advantages that one has over the other? Should I just do a combination of both? Thanks.
I definitely prefer 48’s.. I’m actually doing alternate day fasting right now and I fast for about 40 hours and eat for 6 to 8 hours. Extremely effective for weight loss management and you can also build muscle by exercising on the refeed day. 👊🐍
