5 pounds per week

Hello everyone! I’m working on losing 40 pounds by September. I’m currently about 265. 5 pounds per week. For those of you who’ve lost weight quickly, do you think i could do OMAD and lose 5 pounds per week with an active job and regular exercise or should i do every other day, 48 hours, etc? Thanks!

I can’t speak from experience but I don’t think Cole recommends OMAD until you get lean. He’s talked about 48 hours but he said it took a lot more discipline because the first 24 hours is the most difficult, and for that reason he finds 72 hours easier, if I remember correctly.

You have to try and see, everyone is different, I now do alternate day fasting 36/12 or 40/8 nocarb dryfast and it is super easy for me, no struggle and it is superfun because you can be sure that after each dryfast day, the scale will show less weight, at least for me 😊
