Hi!I notice you being around my height, my age and having the same goal in weight - while also doing extended fasts.
I’m right now ca 40 hours into my 55-62 hour fast and for me it really helps with exercise. Not the high intensity ones, but around 30-40 minutes of body weight training makes my stomach forget food for a while.I also drink a lot of seltzered water, trying to keep it to plain water on 36 hour fast, but into day 2 I really need it.
