Im a 22 year female and 5’3”. I started a dry fast 36 hours ago and my goal is to have a flat stomach. I am looking for advice on how long to fast/what routine to follow. Any advice would be much appreciated. I included my measurements below.

fasting will temporarily help however your lifestyle choices thereafter are the most important.
much of the bloat has to do with carbs and the overall structure and shape of your abdomen. you could have a lot muscle underneath a thin layer of fat. the routine to follow is less carbs, more bone broth, and a lot more cardio + unilateral movements to build muscle including areas of imbalances. blood flow restriction training can facilitate faster results.
organic turmeric powder or hemp/thc can reduce bloat also. maybe your gut bacteria is candia ,a preference to carbs.
