Similar age and I do 19/5 - 22/2 depending on the day (basically OMAD) for past 3 months. Weight loss has been slow but at least I’m not regaining. I’ve been listening to Intermittent Fasting Stories podcast and it gives me hope.
Hello, I think it depends on what you eat, like, I am doing a 15:9 (more like a 15.5-8.5) because I can have 3 meals and be done. Before IF I used to have 5-7 meals a day, so of course weight is going down. I would believe it can help, I don’t think you NEEEEEED to go on much longer of a fast, you could try the 15:9 like I do. Or something else of course. Best of luck!
