Give me motivation ðŸ˜
I lost 110 lbs in just over 6 months following OMAD with strict keto and tracking everything. No cheat meals, 10-20k steps a day, 7 days a week. That was almost 3 years ago and I am still maintaining with OMAD with occasional 72 hour fasts.
Consistency is the secret to being successful with OMAD and of course just trusting in the process. It will come off.
Sure. I’ve been doing OMAD (one meal a day, or 23:1) for just over a month. I’ve lost 12 lbs of the 50 I need to lose with no sign of slowing down. 38 and counting.
I plan meals I’m legitimately looking forward to that are large, filling and wholly satisfying.
At the end of my meals I’m pleasantly full and feel happy to restart the fast. 23:1 has become so easy I’ve thrown in a couple extended 42-48 hour fasts.
I should add: I’m back to lose postpartum baby weight, but I lost about 30-40lbs using 23:1 a couple years back, there are before/afters somewhere in my post history.
