I think it is most likely if the weight is lost slowly with a lot of fasting along the way - then there tends to not be much loose skin. Re; after the fact, think it is more limited. Extended fasting probably gives the best results, not time restricted eating. Skin can continue to tighten for a year or 2 after weight loss. Some think collagen and dry brushing are also helpful. Genetics and age and amount of weight lost, plus past yo-yo dieting all play roles too. So, worth a try, esp if it is incorporated in the weight loss process.

Skin is paper thin, so what we think is “loose skin” is fat underneath deformed skin. As body fat continues to decrease, the appearance will improve. So loose skin removal surgery is also removing fat in weird ways. It’s best to be patient and keep losing until normal weight is reached.
