Breakfast smoothie: frozen banana (I peel them, freeze them, then cut them into chunks for smoothies or blended dessert), any of frozen mango/blueberries/raspberries, water, milk, oats, Greek yogurt, whey powder, athletic greens

As a dessert: frozen banana, chocolate protein powder, little bit of Greek yogurt.

I just got Huel and I love it! It’s pretty affordable and it tastes really earthy and healthy. And I’ve been feeling better by taking it as opposed to just fasting. I also noticed my digestion is a little bit better.

I get frozen fruit in the package and I just blend the whole package with 2 bananas and 2-2 and a half cups of 1% white milk and this makes about 5 12 oz size cups or just 2 20 Oz cups. I add a pinch of raw cane sugar for more flavor but it’s optional as the fruit gives some sweetness itself.

Edit: for frothy smoothies just use fresh fruit, about a cup or 2 of each fruit you want to use should do and some milk or fruit juice, about 1 cup and for really thick smoothies use more milk and less fruit.
