The results from one long fast are tempting, but I’m already OMAD and keto(ish.) I’m mahbe 41 hours in and thinking about cutting it off at 48, eating and then doing another 48.
Does anyone have any advice? I would think 48 hour fasts are easy (considering I was doing 23:1 before) and I think easier then say a one week or 14 day or one month.
But I’m also curious about autophagy as well so I wonder if I’m not getting the benefits from that.
I have found that 48h is my happy zone for a productive and active lifestyle. I think if I were to go much longer I would have to compromise more of my lifestyle (hiking, running, etc).
You should try one method the first month and switch the second month, it is good to see what feels best for your body ❤️
