Cooked versus overnight oats

Nutrition wise or digestion wise, is there any difference between cooked oats versus overnight oats? We mostly use rolled oats and ground oats (for our baby) and make overnight oats soaked in milk or curd. Is there any benefit in switching to cooked method?

Answer

Soaked overnight and cooked in milk… would remove most of the anti-nutrient content.

However overnight oats with a probiotic like organic yogurt would remove a lot too.

To be honest, babies from a nutrition perspective do best on high quality mothers milk. All the fatty acids, vitamins, fat and protein are there. Oats? Fruit puree? I’m not telling you what to do by any means but from a logic perspective and ancestral look, when would this baby food? (Unless we’re talking like older baby)
