Currently 50 hours in on my first 60Hour Fast

I need some tips. i know what kind of foods i should eat.

But im worried that im gonna gain fat back .

But maintaince calories should be fine right? I just wanna eat real food no junk food.

Directly after ive eaten in a 4 hours window im gonna go back and do 60 hours again. It should be fine right?. Probably stupid it would not make sense to get alot of fat from maintainence mine is 2,6k Kcal.

Guess Im Paranoid never fasted before and started off with 60 hours.

(remember this day im not looking losing to lose weight really just wanna prepare with some fiber and protein for the next one without gaining lots of fat)

Answer

First, great work so far. You have now fasted longer than (probably) most of the people you have ever known in your life.

You will, on average, lose 0.5-0.8 lbs of actual fat per every 24 hours you don’t eat. The rest is water weight that will come back.

But that’s okay. You still used your fat stores.

If you avoid junk food and eat foods that fulfill your nutritional requirements, you’ll be satiated and won’t snack. And hey, if you’re feeling fine, there’s nothing wrong with jumping back into a fast.

It’s a modern affliction to believe that we can’t survive 3 hours without eating. If you’re not hungry, and you’re adapting well, don’t eat. Use all that time to do what you really love or things you’re interested in.
