Hi guys. First time doing snack juice and im currently 52 hours in my 72 hour fast.

Im 25 kg overweight with pure fat. Discovered this snake juice diet few months ago but i didn’t give it a try because i found this Cole guy too gimmicky for my liking and his SJ recipes just seemed too complicated for me but i was very interested with this diet.

So recently thought about doing serious long fasts with snake juice. Did a lil research on YouTube found a recipe video on a channel called “uncaged fighter”. He lost a ton of weight with SJ and basically said that a normal table salt with iodine and potassium chloride is enough for snake juice. Magnesium and sodium bicarbonate and other zinc supplements are not needed unless if you’re too weak.

Planning to do 72 hours fast with only keto/carnivore or whatever refeeds.

I have few doubts :

Can we drink normal water while we’re on snake juice or is it only the SJ?

What are the common side effects that can be not worried about?

Fasting is very easy. Don’t eat, drink salt water made from sodium and potassium salts, and keep your refeed small. No carbs. I would suggest starting with 4oz of steak and a small salad with some cheese maybe. You can play around with it to see what works for you. I suggest also keeping the refeed consistent. Don’t add a variety of meals just still to one or two untill your desired weight is achieved. I’ve been doing rolling 72s now for 3 weeks or so, and have lost close to 30lbs. I’ll do it for another 5 weeks and should be where I need to start building muscle which means eating frequency can increase a little. Probably go to rolling 48s.
