I just started IF again yesterday. 16/8 this first week then work myself to 19/5 which seems to work well for me when I stick to it. Making meals for my kids when my window is closed and I’m hungry is my downfall. My stomach is growling and I have 2 hours left. I’m looking forward to when the morning hunger lessons and the energy and mental clarity soar!
