Hi! Ive been doing OMAD since June. Down 20 lbs so far and loving the lifestyle. However, my menstrual cycles started getting shorter (23 days) immediately after starting to fast. Then i started skipping them entirely for the last 2 monthsโ€ฆ anyone here with similar experience?
