I feel so great! And keeping to it all week adds pride!! First three days I got to 20:4 so I’m going to aim for that again today.
Definitely going to implement this for all of my weekdays.
After a week of doing 20-4 myself, it essentially just became one meal a day. Now I never feel hungry and when I overeat I feel sick. It’s been great, and I never feel bloated, or pressure to eat when others are.
