So I consistently do 18-6( almost every day) but typically hit about 20 hours just because of well life, haha. I have off the next few days and would like to try for 36hrs. I mainly do fasting because it helps with mental issues. Any suggestions what to do so I could hit 36 hours without breaking would be appreciated. Mainly how to introduce electrolytes. I know there’s a few resources on here but I’d like some word of mouth suggestions.
So, not that I know any better but I just did a 48hr fast from Monday to Wednesday this week and I just poured a smidgen of table salt in my hand a licked it twice a day.
I also drank dandelion tea, which has potassium in it, twice a day.
