make sure you are supplementing! also, don’t be afraid to rest & just take it slow with your body. there are so many internal processes at work right now! day 2 was a breeze for me but day 3 was HELL. you will get through!!!
I am also on the 36th hour of a fast! best advice I can give is be on top of your electrolytes. Cravings will always kind of suck but if you’re feeling bad physically its probably because of low salt. The FAQ has good info that will help.
