I feel good really, i’m 225 pounds but I’m so looking forward to start fasting more. It’s like meditation really it makes me feel good. I drank so much water today probably up to 3500 mL. I’m thinking of doing this twice a week, Tuesday and Thursdays. I’m doing this for helping weight loss and to help discipline/improve my mental health.
I’ve been doing omad for about 6 months now, 16/8 IF for about two years before that. I eat an extra meal every now and then, and I always feel awful afterwards. Physically, that is, I have no guilt or anything like that.
Anyway, omad has been really good for me, I feel great, I am able to stay focused throughout the day, and I save so much time! I didn’t really enjoy food before but now I really, really do, lol. Keep at it, in my experience it only gets better.
