Currently embarking on my first 24hr fast. Previously the max I’ve done is 18:6. I have 12hrs of work tomorrow, I’ll be getting done just as my fast ends at 18:30hrs. Any tips for my first full day fast? Thing you wish you would have known/done to make it easier? I’ll be drinking a ton of water throughout the day as per normal, and skipping the gym (thanks Covid).
Don’t drink a ton of water, that is foolish. You’ll be peeing out electrolytes that you need. Just drink if you’re thirsty, like a normal, healthy mammal does.
If you get a hunger pang, just distract yourself for 5-10 minutes until it goes away.
