I did my first 32 hour fast or so this past Sunday. I wanted to do it to lose weight. I am a very active person, but I am also incredibly overweight and I shouldn’t be with the amount I exercise and I don’t eat like complete trash. Anyway I liked the feeling I felt before I went to sleep and when I woke up, but once I started eating I could feel it hitting my stomach and definitely had some stomach issues anytime I had meal throughout the day.
Any suggestions to the stomach issues and if a weekly 32 hour fast will help with weight loss?
Do a regular 48 fast every week and always break with a hard boiled egg. And then 3hrs later with some protein and leafy salad.
Never had an issue. Longest I’ve done is a 72hr obe and broke that with a small bowl of soup and then a small meal with protein some hours later.
You’ll know over time what works for you!
Everyone reacts different. My only advice is never trust a fart after the fast 😉
