So I usually do 5 days clean but I want to extend it longer I’ll be drinking raw milk I’m hoping to do 14-‘20 days
Why are you choosing raw milk for this dirty fast? If I were going to do this, I would go with heavy cream or something more pure fat (and only in tiny quantities) or bone broth or pickles or something less likely to stimulate a big rise in insulin. Milk is a terrible choice.
