The free zero app helps me extend the fast. Try to quit eating after dinner and go the 16 hours! Every extra hour really helps. See if you can lower sugar and carbs and really bump up your protein during eating windows. Coffee or tea to help you keep your fast going when you’re hungry! I’m struggling too, I know what to do just mentally not all in yet. Hoping my mind will get on board soon!
