Did not want to put an exact number as not sure what good average would be.
I was eating >1800 kcal daily before starting the IF and as was used to smaller portions, now I can not fit anywhere near my normal calorie intake
I eat until my body says “I’m full” , you just have to learn to listen and eat foods that are nutrient rich - for me thats good fats for satiety(brain says I’m full) & fiber(body says I’m full) to hold you over until in a fasted state. ensure proper electrolytes are met after the meal. Bingo bang bongo.
