Does walking make a huge difference?

Day One of my 6 day dry fast is coming to an end. Without looking at the time, I lost track of what I had to do and didn’t get to go on my walk lol.

I’m kind of kicking myself for that, but it brought up an interesting question. How much of a difference would walking for 6 days have as opposed to 6 days with no exercise? My main goal is to lose fat, and it’s been doing a great job so far.

Answer

I feel like walking during df helps stimulate free fatty acids and enables more lipolysis hence more fat loss. Just from what I experienced, but rest and Low activity levels are just as important. Maybe a 15 min walk would be enough

Answer

Walking helps keep the lymphatic system moving, which ultimately could make a difference between breaking a fast or not. And the fresh air does wonders. Plus walking is great for losing weight in general - I see it as a win/win no matter what with dry fasting.
