I’ve been doing OMAD with 1 36 hour fast a week. My progress has slowed because I’m getting close to my set weight I think. I still would like to lose 5-10 more lbs, it’s all sitting on my belly and love handles. Do you suggest doing ADF for a few weeks? That one 36 hour I do weekly is always hard which is why I’m a bit hesitant to do more…what do you suggest?Great blog by the way!
