Holding myself accountable. Missed a few workouts, ate a few questionable meals during my feeding window but havent broke a fast yet. 16-18 hours a day!

Same! Shortly after Jan 1st, I weighed myself and saw I rolled over a digit and I was now >200. After that I decided to start IF and had my first fast a week ago.
I planned for 1 lb per week and can’t believe 5 lbs already by using a mix of 16 to 18-hour fasts depending on when I can eat dinner.
Although, I suspect 5 lbs in a week can be explained by losing water weight and this pace cannot continue. So don’t get discouraged if the rate of decline slows. I was peeing more often in the first couple of days which also backs up this theory.
