186-180lbs 5ft1. I used to be 112lbs before the pandemic so trying to get back to that. Been doing 16:8 and going swimming everyday!

Most of that was definitely water weight, most of us hold onto water in excess and when we become more active/fix up our diet we shed alot of it. That being said, do not be discouraged whenever the scale doesn’t “progress” as fast as your first couple water weight weeks
