I’ve been trying to loose some of the weight I put on during COVID and been doing full day fasts.
I basically don’t eat anything on Mondays and Fridays.
Recently I also started incorporating lifting weights, and I was wondering if the fasts will affect my recovery at all. (Usually lift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday)
For example today I am pretty sore from yesterday. And I’m wondering if not eating anything until tomorrow morning will have any setbacks.
I’m not too worried because I have two days of rest before my next workout (3 if you count that I worked out at 6am today) but just thought I’d ask for some insight.

I don’t know man but my weight lifting ability went badly on omad. Swapped over to 2mad and 18:6 and feel like I’m filling out way better and don’t feel as ravenous. After training. Occupies much less headspace. Depends what you are trying to achieve
