I’ve had some experience doing ADF and learned a lot. Made some good progress that I’ve undone since shifting to 16:8 and having a lot of issues transportation wise to get into a gym for the past few months.
Next month I’m moving to a new place and want to hit the ground running with some good habits. Here’s my plan:

16:8 works best for me with going to the gym. Also I highly recommend MyFitnessPal to track calories and protein. You could also do one 24 hour fast per week. I think ADF plus gym could be too tough. And make sure calories and protein are in check. We don’t need as much protein as people may think, but still important. Minimum 45g for women, 60g for men if definately.
