Just completed my first 300hour (12.5 days).

During the fast I only had water, tea, and bone broth. I started at 153kg (337lb) and finished at 141kg (310lb). I broke my fast as my wife wants to go to a food fair this weekend and did not want to torture me. I plan to resume after this weekend and try for a full 14 days. My goal weight for 2022 is to reach 118kg (260lb).

I think you’ll find that if you keep it up you’ll be at 118 kg very fast. I’ve lost 25 kg in the last 3 months doing OMAD (from 117 to 91.7), but what really pushed me under 100 was extended fasting 3-5 days every 2 weeks or so.
