First fast in a long time - aiming for 7 days!

Hi all!

In order to kick my brain back into healthy eating habits I’ve rejoined the world of fasting!

I have fasted before, longest being 7 days, but that must have been about 6 years ago.

I tend to eat 2 meals a day between 12-6.

As well as other health benefits I’m hoping to lose some weight. Currently sitting at 73kg.

I tend to have a very slow metabolism and doubt I will feel hungry until 72hrs ish in.

Any tips for my first fast in a while?

If you wanna speed up the process you will want to include exercise. This can also help in how fast you get to the truly fat burning side of things and inevitably will result in more fat loss.

7 is a huge undertaking but doable. I’ve done 5 days on multiple occasions and it’s usually the will power that gets me through and having busy days where my mind is not wandering to the fridge. Do you have busy days laid out for the next couple of days?
