I am not necessarily planning to do this, I am just curious. Usually I do OMAD and only do longer fasts on weekends or breaks (I am in grad school). I’ve had small performances 17-48 hours fasted, and usually find it a lot harder. But that is when I am still running on glycogen, and very tired, I am wondering if deeper into a fast, it might be easier, I have never tried anything high pressure deep into a fast. I usually find that time seems to slow down after about 3 days into a fast, so I was wondering if being very deep into a fast might help with nerves and focus. Has anyone tried doing a high pressure event 3+ days fasted? What was it like?
I took pharmacology and it was the hardest class ever I fasted 24 hrs before an exam to see if I did well and I got an AI did that 4-5 times for that class and got an A in the class. Barely.But I recommend it 100%
