Hopefully this isn’t cheesy, happiness from looking good and less stress. Specifically, I feel less stress of choice. When I was eating 5 small meals a day and all that nonsense I used to just stare in my fridge or pantry thinking what I could eat that would be healthy but not too many calories, and it was always hard. Now if I don’t know what I want then I know it’s boredom and I move on. No stress!!
Been doing OMAD for 3.5 years.
