M, age 35,Hight 5.6 (sw185-cw 171) calorie deficit consuming 1500 calls a day. this is my 4th month into IF, I lost 15 pounds the first 2 months with CrossFit 3 days a week. But between last month and this month I’ve been stuck in a plateau, I’ve not lost any weight for 25 days and idk what else to do. I’ve started to get discouraged and side tracks eating badly again. I do continue to go to CrossFit and I do feel super energetic and way more fit. I have to admit though not seeing any progress for that much time has gotten to my mental. I started at 185 and went down to 170, but I’ve been stuck at 170 for 25 days, Please help! idk what else to do, I’m losing the motivation and I don’t want to give up.
Are clothing fitting better? Are you feeling healthily energetic? Are you lifting heavier?
Some of those non-scale victories that can be had. If you know of any local health places that have body composition scanners, check that out and see if you’re changing more than you realize.
Maybe you are gaining muscle to replace the fat. Look at other markets like clothes, mirror, energy levels etc. what kind of IF are you doing and what is your diet (carbs, sugar or Keto)? Some of those details could help the community provide suggestions
