HOMA IR Results

Subsequent to my earlier post below:

https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/comments/s3sf4a/blood_sugar_not_coming_down_after_breaking_fast/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

I did HOMA IR test and here are results. https://imgur.com/a/x9lG4AG

Note sure how the lab report says HOMA IR index is 0.9. If I use online calculators, it gives the reading of 1.5. Any one here can clarify? Thanks

Answer

It seems they calculated wrong or have a different calculation method.

Also they state >2.5 to be any indication of IR which is high imo. Most studies indicate \~1.9 to be an early sign of IR.

Nevertheless it seems you are fine even at 1.5.
