Hey all! Hoping someone can help me here. Wondering what the nutritional info and macro breakdown is for 1 cup of homemade cottage cheese using 1 gallon whole milk, and 3/4 cup ACV (that’s it). I’d appreciate the help!
I would add up the nutrition info of your milk and ACV, and then subtract the nutrition info of however much liquid whey you drain off. That should give you a rough idea of the nutrition info and macro breakdown for your cottage cheese.
